Built for life on the road, this all-in-one galley cabinet is designed to bring full kitchen functionality into a compact van layout without compromise. It is purpose-built to accommodate an 85L Isotherm drawer fridge and a 15" sink, creating a clean, integrated cooking and storage solution that maximizes every inch of space.

The cabinet features a dedicated drawer box for organized storage of utensils and essentials, while the area beneath the sink is intentionally sized to house a complete self-contained plumbing system. This allows for a simplified install and true off-grid capability, keeping water systems neatly concealed yet easily accessible for maintenance.

Constructed with durability and efficiency in mind, the design balances strength, weight, and usability—making it ideal for both DIY builders and professional van upfitters. Whether you're weekend camping or full-time van living, this galley cabinet delivers a streamlined, functional kitchen setup that’s ready for the demands of mobile living.

Materials

• Black Hex Plywood:

• Black Hex Lite Ply is a lightweight, high-strength plywood panel engineered for durability and modern aesthetics. It features a distinctive hex-patterned surface that provides enhanced wear resistance, making it ideal for high-traffic or utility-focused applications.

• Constructed with a lightweight core and bonded with a tough, weather-resistant black phenolic coating, this material offers excellent resistance to moisture, abrasion, and impact. Its reduced weight makes it especially well-suited for mobile builds—such as van conversions—where strength-to-weight ratio is critical.

• Note: All plywood edges will be left bare. We recommend that all customers seal the exposed plywood edges with a finish of your choice. 

• Preprimed/finished plywood: 

• The plywood used for construction is a specialized composite material designed to offer a balance of lightweight properties, a paint-ready surface (exterior), and the aesthetic appeal of maple hardwood (interior). Every plywood edge receives a 3/16" hardwood edge band, resulting in a high-quality, seamless appearance and robust durability for the demands of your van life adventures.

DIY Installation Specs

• All installs are unique so planning is crucial: visualize placement, mark outlines, and check for obstacles. All installers should ensure that the cabinet can be securely fastened to the vehicles sheet metal or preinstalled framing and that any ventilation holes remain unobstructed. Customers are responsible for the final location.
