General Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is defective or damaged during shipment.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by Nirvana Upfitters prior to shipment.

Return Conditions

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit.
