Freight Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all oversized items shipped via freight carriers.
Shipping Availability
- Freight shipping is available within the contiguous United States only.
- Alaska, Hawaii, islands, and international destinations are excluded from checkout and require a custom quote.
Freight Pricing
- Freight charges are flat-rate by region and include carrier costs and fuel.
- Rates are displayed at checkout based on delivery location.
Crating & Packaging
- All freight shipments require crating or palletized packaging.
- A $100 crating and packaging fee applies to all freight orders and is non-refundable once fulfillment begins.
Delivery Type & Commercial Dock Discount
- Residential delivery is assumed unless confirmed otherwise.
- Commercial deliveries with a verified dock or forklift qualify for a $100 freight discount.
- Selecting the commercial dock option confirms dock or forklift availability at delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Information
If a commercial dock delivery is selected but the location is residential or lacks proper equipment, the discount will
be removed.
- Additional carrier charges resulting from inaccurate delivery information are the customer’s responsibility.
Accessorial Charges
- Additional charges may apply for limited access locations, appointments, or delivery obstacles.
- Customers are responsible for carrier-imposed charges beyond standard delivery when applicable.
